The newly renovated cenotaph will be completed at Rutland Lions Park on Gray Road in time for Remembrance Day 2009. The ceremony begins at 11 am – get there early and bring your kids to remember the sacrifices of those who have given us the freedom we enjoy today.

I had been trying to get speedbumps put along Pemberton and Jurome, there isn’t even playground signage!! Cars speed through here all year long. What do you think about that?
That’s an interesting thought – I’m definitely in favor of anything that makes Rutland Lions Park more utilized by area residents and business people. I’d encourage other residents of the neighborhood to “chime in”.
