A new flower store, “Petals from Heaven” opens November 3 at 239 Rutland Road N. Join me as I talk with owner Carole Baumgarten about what makes her Rutland business one of a kind.

My wife loved the roses Carol – she was really impressed by the arrangement!
carol when i unpacked all the centerpieces and saw how lovely they were, and how much fun it was, i new i would be coming back tomorrow to make a couple more, and my daughter is coming again too see you shortly…..
